Localising global content to empower and connect

Home » Case Studies » Abbvie

The objective was to repurpose globally-developed assets and promote them locally across multiple brands and touchpoints, including social media (Facebook and Instagram), brand websites, and offline channels.

Challenge

The core challenge lay in making content feel fresh, relevant, and engaging for a target audience often new to the pharmaceutical industry. These early-career professionals were seeking not just information, but connection, particularly valuing mentorship, peer experiences, and insights from trusted KOLs.

Approach

We created a suite of short-form, easy-to-digest assets including videos, animations, and statics tailored to platform best practices. To avoid content fatigue and increase authenticity, we introduced filmed talking-head videos with KOLs and peers offering personalised insights which were further repurposed for use at in-person events to extend reach.

All content was supported by robust analytics, allowing for continuous performance monitoring, optimisation, and agile response to engagement trends.
